Lush Fields Give Way To Attractive Housing Designs

Quite recently I was drove past an area I’d not been near for some years and I hardly recognised it.  Where there had always been lush green fields interspersed with low lying clumps of trees was now a massive housing and school development.  In fact with the small array of shops, it’s a mini village.  I was so take aback that I had to park up and have a look around.  I appreciate that folk have to have somwhere to live and as I looked round, I noted how attractive the housing designs were.  Very like an old victorian village, the houses although much smaller than my own comfy exec detached, had a comfortable look, pretty design, rather like dolls’ houses.   The front doors were different colours and the windows were the modern materials but looked like sash windows.  The little enclaves of houses, small cul de sacs, were also most attractive.  Well done all those designers and planners,
